Hi, I’m Ali
Founder of Thoughtful Growth Marketing
I partner with small to mid-sized businesses as a senior marketing thought partner, helping bring clarity to messaging, priorities, and direction so marketing supports long-term growth. As a Fractional CMO, I step in when businesses need experienced leadership and structure, but are not ready for a full-time CMO or a fully built marketing team.
My experience spans more than 16 years across brand, growth, and performance marketing. I spent over a decade at Raising Cane’s leading regional marketing through community, partnerships, and local brand building, working closely with day-to-day operations. I later moved into high-growth tech as Growth Director at hampr, where my role expanded to include operational leadership. That blend of marketing and operations allows me to plug in quickly, shorten onboarding, and connect marketing directly to how a business actually runs.
In addition to client work, I serve as a marketing consultant with the Louisiana Small Business Development Center and as a mentor with Opportunity Machine, where I enjoy working alongside local business owners and leaders as they build and grow their companies in the region I call home.
I chose the name Thoughtful Growth Marketing intentionally. I didn’t want to just do marketing. I wanted to partner with businesses in a way that felt strategic, intentional, and collaborative, helping them build foundations that support long term growth.
Thoughtful growth means getting clear before scaling effort. It means aligning strategy with the business’s current stage, making smart decisions, and focusing on what actually moves things forward. As a Fractional CMO, I help businesses bring structure to marketing so growth feels sustainable, not reactive.
